Check your Subscription

It usually takes between two and six weeks for the first issue of a subscription to arrive. It depends on exactly when your order is placed in relation to the publisher’s monthly schedule for processing.

(National Geographic always takes longer because of the scale of their operation).

If you’re worried something may have gone wrong, and occasionally it does – please give us some details of your order. We’ll then check that we processed it correctly, and if so run a trace through the publisher’s system. If we find anything wrong we’ll correct it and let you know what’s happened
